New Yves Rocher Offices — A Return to Nature 19 March 2018

In 2017, together with the architectural bureau Plus Arch, we designed the ceilings for the new Yves Rocher office in Moscow (4th Lesnoy Lane, 4, White Stone Business Center).

For this project, Honeycomb® ceilings by Paper Design® were chosen — made of non-flammable, eco-friendly nonwoven materials containing over 95% cellulose.

The concept perfectly reflected the brand’s philosophy: “Nature is the source of beauty.”

The architects faced two main challenges:

The limited ceiling height of just 2.9 meters restricted traditional design options. The choice of a light, paper-like Honeycomb® structure with 160 mm cells offered a beautiful and functional solution — combining design and lighting in one. Hidden luminaires behind the honeycomb pattern created soft, natural illumination and a sense of airiness.

The use of recycled cellulose supported Yves Rocher’s eco-conscious approach — proving that sustainable materials can also be stunningly elegant.

This project is a wonderful example of how respect for nature and innovative design thinking can merge into one harmonious architectural solution.
